Chapter Seven

(Rose holds john as they enter their next class, front seat as always they look around to see that no other person is around. Rose decides to take advantage of the situation and leans on John, he smiles and she whispers in his ear that she likes this just the two of them, John laughs and says it reminds him of how they first met. Rose cuts him off and says that she does not want to remember that incident she acted so rude to him and didn't give him a chance to explain himself).

(4 YEARS AGO)....

(Younger Rose heading towards a book store nicknamed London's home of books, she enters inside and sees the vendor sleeping on a crooked old chair she greets respectfully but the old man is still sound asleep she says hi again and he doesn't seem like he is waking up anytime soon so she gets closer and snaps her fingers loudly and the startled old man jumps up and screams........)

Old Man: Who is that trying to sneak up on old Timmy ????

Rose: Sorry sir I came looking for an old well rather classic novel, Treasure Island .

Old Man:(Rolls his eyes to Rose's direction and takes a brief but rather obvious scan of her and adjusts his glasses) A nice pair of cups you got there young lassie....

Rose:(Instinctively raises her hands to cover herself and utters) Pardon sir, pair of ????

Old Man: Well that be that, Treasure Island was it ???

Rose:(Awkwardly replying) Well yes ......

Old Man: That's a classic by Robert Louis Stevenson 1883 well I think I should have a copy at the back give me a minute as you youngsters would say.....

(He heads to the attic and in 20 minutes comes right back at that same time a rather young handsome and informally dressed man comes in, it's John he comes in and heads to the bookshelf in search of a book, Rose ignores him and focuses on the old man who is now back.......)

Old Man:( laughs and smirks at Rose) Here it is lassie.....

Rose: Thank you!!!!!

(She turns the first page only to see the price on the book, $40!!!! the old man smiles and takes the book from her and says.......)

Old Man: Well pay up that will be $40(dollars).

Rose: $40 that is high way robbery, its too much.

Old Man: Too much this is a classic it's rather cheap I would say......

Rose: Well its much, how about 10 or 25, please I really want this book.

Old Man:(Gets closer and whispers..) There are other ways to pay you know.

(He thrusts his hand and tries touch her waist but his hands is stopped by young John and he pushes the old man back while Rose is still started that someone tried to abuse her right now John looks at her and turns back and faces the old man and tells him that.......)

John: That's the book I was looking for.........

Rose:(Startled) Wait a minute that is my book!!!!!

John:(Smiles at her now glowing face) Ohhh sorry I didn't know you paid for it already.
